Join us for an elaborate four course chef prepared dinner.
All ingredients are provided by farmers and bakers of the North Asheville Tailgate Market. (BYOB)
Tour the farm from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Parking is limited — please carpool

The first 3 courses of this amazing dinner will be prepared by Chef, Samuel Etheridge of Ambrosia Bar & Bistro.
- 1st course – Chilled heirloom tomato and melon soup, Three Graces Dairy chèvre fresh mint, candied peanuts, balsamic pearls
- 2nd course – Grilled asparagus, farm egg, soft mascarpone smoked grits, tomato jam, pickled radish
- 3rd course – Grilled trout, farm vegetable farro, root vegetable top pesto, quick pickled peppers
- The Fourth course will be a desert prepared by Baker, Beth Sollars of Wake Robin Farm Breads. It will feature fresh local strawberries.
